At Cream Cornwall, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for transit, and include your completed returns form or a note with your order number inside.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
